Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Emily Rae's Bridal Spectacular, its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers from any and all claims, damages, losses expences, or liabilities arising from or related to the vendors participation in this event including but not limited to personal injury property damage or theft.

Emily Rae's shall not be responsible for any damage to vendor's booth, displays equipment, or property, nor for any injury or harm to signed vendor or its employees, agents, or guest during the event or during the setup/ tear-down period.

Vendor agrees to rent a booth space at Emily Rae's Bridal Spectacular and will adhear to all guidelines and instructions provded by Emily Rae's. Vendor agrees to exhibit onlu the items specified in their application and understamds that Emily Rae's has the right to review and approve all products and services prior to the event.

Vendor is responsible for the set up and teardown of their booth within the designated times provided by Emily Rae's. Vendors are prohibited from tearing down early.

Vendor agrees to pay the required booth fee as specified in their registration form. Payment must be made in full prior to the event date. No booth spaces will be reserved until full payment is received. Remember this is a tax wright off.

In the event that the vendor needs to cancel their participation in the event, written notice must be provided at least 14 days before the event. If cancelation occurs less than 14 days before the event with out good reason, vendor will not be allowed at future events. Booth deposits are non refundable under any circumstances.

In the unlikely event that the Emily Rae's Bridal Spectacular is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond Emily Rae's control for example but not limited to: natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, or acts of God. The vendor will not be entitled to a refund, and Emily Rae's will not be liable for any cost, loss or damages incurred. Vendor deposits will be transferred to the next show.

Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable local, state and federal laws, including any rules and regulations to the sale, display and promotion of products and services. Vendor is responsible for opbtaining all necessary permits and licenses for their booth. If you plan to serve food or drinks you must contact the city of Longview and get an event permit. Emily Rae's will not be responsible for vendors who do not get this permit.

Emily Rae's reserves the right to take photographs and videos, or other media of the event and its participants for promotional purposes. By signing this agreement, the the vendor grants Emily Rae's permission to use such images or recordings in any promotional material or media.

Vendors are REQUIRED to giveaway a prize valued at $100 or more. I agree to bring my prize to the show and turn it in before the show starts. If I am a grand prize sponsor I know that my prize will be given away on stage. Grand prizes will be valued at $1000 or more.
